How to:
Take a glass of hot milk
Add two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder
Add one teaspoon of clarified butter (Also known as Ghee)
Mixed well and drink daily for a month

3 # Mango and Milk Home Remedy:

How to:
Eat one medium size ripe mango thrice a day
Followed by a glass of milk
Continue having this for a month

4 # Banana and Milk:

How:
Eat 1 banana everyday in the morning
Followed by a glass of milk
Repeat this daily for a month

5 # Peanut Butter Home Remedy:
