8 Foods That Cause Bloating and Gas

Bloating is a gassy feeling that causes heaviness in the stomach and lower abdomen.

This is due to the production of gas in the body, which is a sign of indigestion or incomplete digestion.

There are certain foods that cause bloating, although they taste good that causes bloating, although they taste good and are irresistible.

Causes of Excess Gas and Bloating:

Antibiotics: Certain medicines and antibiotics cause bacterial overgrowth in the intestines.

  • Processed foods like instant noodles, chips, and high salt foods.
  • Vegetables: Potatoes, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, etc
  • Fruits: Apple, Peaches, Cherries, Raisins, etc
  • Frozen meals, Soda, Gum, and Dairy.
  • Citrus fruits, tomatoes, and fizzy drinks.

Remember that people react differently to various foods. You have to make a note of the foods which give you problems. Eliminate or cut down only the foods that affect you personally. Stay light and eat right.
