Baldness is the condition which can cause some distress and anxiety specially when it occurs at a young age. It begins with a loss of hair which gradually results in bald spots on the scalp for men.

In the case of women there is an overall thinning of hair. Lack of vitamin B6 or folic acid in the body can lead to loss of hair and baldness.

1. Milk and Liquorice Powder Home Remedy:

How to:

  • Take 4 tablespoons of milk.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Liquorice powder (Mulethi).
  • Add a pinch of saffron (Kesar).
  • Mixed well to make fine paste.
  • Apply the mixture on the bald patches and leave it as it is for overnight.

2. Lemons and Black Pepper Corns Home Remedy:

How to:

  • Take seeds from about 7 to 8 lemons.
  • Add about 8-10 black pepper corns.
  • Grind them together to make a fine paste.
  • Apply the mixture on the bald patches and twice a day for a few weeks.
  • You might feel a little irritation this helps blood circulation and stimulates your hair growth.
3. Cinnamon Powder and Olive Oil Home Remedy:

How to:

  • Take 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (Dal Cheeni).
  • Add 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Add about 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Mixed well to make a paste.
  • Apply the paste on the bald patches leave it as it is for about 20 minutes.
  • The wash your hair thoroughly with normal water.
