1. Margosa Leaves: Margosa leaves also known as Neem Leaves have great antiseptic properties and come in handy in treating common wounds or skin abrasions.

How to:

  • Crush 20 Margosa leaves.
  • And extract its juice.
  • Add ½ a teaspoon of turmeric powder also known as Haldi.
  • Mix it well.
  • Dip some ball pads in it and apply the mixture on the wound.
  • Leave it for some time as much as you can.
  • Then re-apply after every 3 to 4 hour.

2. Spinach Leaves: If your kid has bumped into some hard object, there will be a discoloration on the skin it’s called a bruise.

How to:

  • Crush a hand full of spinach leaves and make a paste.
  • Apply the mixture on the affected area.
  • And leave it for about 20 minutes.
  • Then wash it off with plain water.

3. Ice Cubes:

How to:

  • Take some ice cubes and tie up in a piece of cloth.
  • Apply on the bruise for about 5 minutes.
  • Follow the same by applying a hot compress after 1 hour.
  • It will help the blood circulation.
