1 # LemonLemon contain good source of citric acid that is natural bleaching agent. Take lemon juice and rub on your elbows and knees to lighten the skin. Use lemon daily to eliminate the dark spots on your knees and elbows.

How to:
• Take half a lemon
• Rub on the dark elbows or nnees for about 5 mins
• Leave your elbows as it is for about 3-4 hours
• After which scrub your elbow and knee with a rough towel
• Then wash it off with lukewarm water
• Repeat this process 2-3 times in a week

2 # Yogurt and VinegarYogurt is also known as curd it will make your skin fair and soft. Yogurt not only removes acne with its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties but it can also removes the black spots and acne scars. White vinegar is very useful and powerful antiseptic to treat black spots.

How to:
• Take 2 tablespoons of yogurt
• Add 2 teaspoons of vinegar
• Mix it well
• Apply the mixture on the dark elbows or knees
• You may wrap a cloth to hold the mixture
• Leave it as it is for 20-30 mins
• After which wash it off with lukewarm water
