How to:
1. Take a glass of warm water.
2. Add one teaspoon of honey.
3. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
4. Mix them well.
5. Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. Lemon Juice and Black Pepper Home Remedy:

How to:
1. Take a cup of water.
2. Add three teaspoons of lemon juice.
3. Add a pinch of black pepper powder.
4. Add one teaspoon of honey.
5. Mix them well.
6. Drink this 2 times a day and continue doing this for 2 months.

3. Triphala Powder Home Remedy:

How to:

  • Add about 2 tablespoons of triphala powder in 500 ml water.
  • Let it heat for about five minutes.
  • Strain the mixture.
  • Drink this twice a day.
  • You may add some honey if needed.
