1 # Mustard Oil:
Mustard oil or Sarson seeds is rich in unsaturated fats it contain fatty acids and proteins it also reduce cholesterol it has antifungal and anti bacterial properties which is good for teeth and gum massages. It cures bleeding gum problems and makes your teeth stronger. Rock salt is also known as Sendha namak. The Rock salt is unrefined low and in sodium in compare to table salt and it contains no additives

How to:
Take 1 tablespoon of mustard oil
Add 1 teaspoon of rock salt you may also used normal salt if you want
Mix it well
Apply this on your teeth using your index finger
Massage gently for 5 mins
Leave it on for another 5 mins
Then rinse your mouth with normal water

2 # Salt and Water:
Salt contains fluoride, which is very beneficial for teeth it protects the teeth from acidic damage and also prevents from the development of caries and cavities. Regular gargling with salt water helps bleeding gums and the pain of sore throats it can also be used as a mouthwash.

How to:
Take a glass of lukewarm water
Add 2 teaspoons of normal salt
Mix it well
Rinse your mouth with this solution twice a day
