4 Natural Home Remedies for Psoriasis

  • Take a glass of fresh bitter gourd juice.
  • Add one teaspoon of lemon juice to it.

  • Drink this juice daily on an empty stomach.
  • Continue having this for about 4 to 6 months.

3. Baking Soda Home Remedy:

  • Baking soda helps to reduce the itching.
  • Take a bowl of water.
  • Add two tablespoons of baking soda.
  • Soak a towel in this mixture and apply this to your skin

4. Sunlight: Sunlight is also very effective in reducing skin inflammation and scaling. So soak up the morning sun is highly recommended.
