How to:

  • Take 6 dried figs (also dnown as anjeer)
  • Add 30 grams of raisins (also known as kish-mish)
  • Soak them in water overnight.
  • Take this in two doses throughout the day.

2. Ashwagandha and Milk Home Remedy:

How to:

  • Take a glass of hot milk.
  • Add two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder.
  • Add one teaspoon of clarified butter (also known as Ghee)
  • Mix the well.
  • Drink this daily for a month.

3. Mango and Milk Home Remedy:

How to:

  • Eat one medium size ripe mango thrice a day.
  • Followed by a glass of milk.
  • Continue having this for a month.
