You can do a simple home test in the morning to see if you have this fungus in you. Though it is important to get rid of it, the solution is extremely simply and the little time, planning and discipline.

The Morning Test:

When wake up in the morning, just before you put anything into your mouth, gather some saliva and spit it into a glass of clear water. Check the glass after one- three minutes.
